The Chocolate Lounge, Harvery Nichols

As a student I don't always have the money to go out to the most expensive places in Edinburgh. However, as a late mother's day present my sister and myself decided to treat our mum to some goodies at The Chocolate Lounge inside the department store Harvey Nichols. Harvey Nichols is situated in St. Andrews Square in the centre of the city.   The idea of  The Chocolate Lounge is similar to the Yo Sushi set up. Everyone sits round a counter with the waiters in the middle making up your orders. There's a conveyor belt running in front of you with a selection of food from the menu. Although, unlike Yo Sushi you can't help yourself from the conveyor you have to just order from the waiter. The menu is filled with all kinds of chocolate treats including fondues, sundaes and different cakes, as well as wine, prosecco and champagne that could be enjoyed along with your desserts. Entering the blogging world....

I've finally decided to become part of the world of blogging. I'm a nineteen year old event management student just finishing my second year at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Since only living in Edinburgh for two years there is still so many places I have yet to visit and would like to discover. I decided to set up a blog to showcase all the great places in Edinburgh and hopefully encourage people to visit these places too!
