Edinburgh Zoo
As today is the first day of Autumn I wanted to share an event I attended back in the summer at Edinburgh Zoo. The event was called Edinburgh Zoo Nights where as well as all the animals to see there was also live music, comedy performances and food and drink stands to keep you occupied throughout the night. We started our evening checking out what food was on offer and decided on a stir fry with noodles, veg and chicken and sat and watched some of the live music that was on throughout the night. The last time I visited the zoo the new penguin enclosure wasn't finished yet so I made sure I made a beeline for them as the first animals to see. As part of the event the employees were conducting talks for everyone about the animals that are kept in the zoo.
